Enjoy a guided city tour pointing out the many highlights and unique gems of this city. This express trip will allow for plenty of free time to explore on your own and discover the sites important to you. Stroll across Charles Bridge, visit the Castle, shop in Wenceslas Square or just wander the streets and discover new treasures! Spend some time relaxing with a beverage while enjoying the towering 14th Century Ty Church. The Prague Orloj goes off every hour and ist he oldest working Astronomical Clock in the world, a sight to behold! Take the opportunity to view traditional foods being made and sample all manner of local food and drink. If you make a plan before you go, you are sure to get in everything you want to see! Dress for the weather and wear good walking shoes on this tour!
Itinerary (subject to change)
1st Day (23th of October):
Departure from Wiesbaden, Hainerberg, J.F. Kennedy Str. corner Washington Str., bus waiting area (off post) at 11:30 pm (NEW!). Departure from Ramstein Shell Autohof (parking fee € 5 per day) at 11:00 pm (NEW!). From Kaiserslautern, Daennerplatz P&R parking lot (opposite Kleber Kaserne) at 11:30 pm (NEW!).
2nd Day (24th of October):
Morning departure from Boeblingen Panzerkaserne, PX parking lot at 02:00 am. Drive through Germany via Nuernberg to the Czech Republic. After arriving in Prague we stop at a hotel for breakfast (extra) and a chance to freshen up. Then we start with our walking tour to the castle of Prague, the Hradschin, with it’s Cathedral St. Vitus and the President’s Palace. From there we follow the winding streets down to the Medieval quarters of Prague. We cross the picturesque Charles Bridge and finish our lovely tour at the old town square, where we watch the Glockenspiel at the Old Town Hall. Afterwards you’ll have free time for lunch, shopping or to explore the city by your own or just have a Pilsener at one of the cozy bars downtown. In the late afternoon your tour guide will make suggestions for an early dinner cruise on the Moldau river (extra). Then we will leave the Golden City driving back to Germany.
3rd Day (25th of October):
Arrival early morning at points of origin.
