Day 1

We fly with Lufthansa from Frankfurt International Airport (Terminal 1) at 1:45 pm (check in 2 hours earlier) to Athens. Once we arrive at Athens Airport, we get into our coach and drive to our booked hotel in Athens. After check in, time to rest and enjoying your welcome drink. Your escort will make suggestions. for dinner.

Day 2

After breakfast we meet for our half day sightseeing tour of Athens. We will visit the famous old center of Athens, the Plaka and the 3000-year-old Acropolis. The Acropolis is located high on a limestone cliff and can be seen from all over the city. You visit the Parthenon Temple, the Erechtheion Temple and the Nike Temple of the Unesco World Heritage Site. Below the Acropolis is the Areopag, named after the war god Ares. The small hill is also called “Mars Hill”. The afternoon is free for own activities. In the early evening we meet for our arranged Greek evening with dinner, wine and folklore.

Day 3

After breakfast, free time to discover Athens by your own or join our full day excursion (extra). The castle fortress towers over Nafplion and a view down to the harbour and water castle Bourdzi is worth it! The castle of Agamemnon in Mycenae impresses with its enormous walls. The excavations of Old-Corinth, as well as a deep view to the canal before you will be amazed in the afternoon by the size of the amphitheatre in Epidaurus. Evening free. Your excort will make suggestions.

Day 4

After breakfast in the hotel we check out . You can deposit your luggage in the hotel after check out. Free time for own activities before we depart for Athens Airport in the early afternoon. Journey back home with Lufthansa at 6:25 pm (arrival in Frankfurt at 8:25 pm).

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES: International flights with Lufthansa to Athens (FRA-ATH 1:45 pm – 5:30 pm), return flight with Lufthansa (ATH-FRA 6:25 pm – 8:25 pm), all airport and security taxes, 1 piece of luggage free (20 kg), airport transfers in Athens, transportation according to our program, 3 overnights with breakfast in a 4 star hotel in superior rooms with private facilities, 1 x welcome drink in the hotel, 1 x dinner with wine and folklore, service of a licensed local guide and Interra Reisen escort, liability insurance.

SINGLE ROOM SUPPLEMENT: € 285,– for 3 overnights in May 2021. € 180,– for 3 overnights in November 2021. Persons booked on share basis must pay single supplement if no share is available. Share basis means double or triple occupancy.

CANCELLATION CHARGES: up to 65 days prior to departure free of charge; 64-31 days prior to departure, € 300 per person; 30-22 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour price; 21-15 days prior to departure: 80% of the tour price; 14-6 days until day of departure: 90% of the tour price; from 5 days until the day of departure: 100% of the tour price will be charged. No refund for No-shows.
