BYOTailgate Rules & Guidelines
Superbowl LIX Watch Party Date: 9-10 February | Location: KMC Food Court
We’re excited to invite you to take your Super Bowl party experience to the next level with our Bring Your Own Tailgate (BYOT) setup! Please review the following rules and guidelines to make sure your BYOT experience is a touchdown!
Limited Participation
- First Come, First Served: BYOT participation is limited to the first 80 participants or as space allows.
- No Reservations Needed: Reservations are not required in advance; however, participants must check-in at the USO tent when the doors open at 2200 to confirm their spot.
Set-Up Guidelines
- No Obstructions: All tailgate setups must not obstruct the views of others or interfere with walkways, seating, or general event flow. Be mindful of the space around you!
- No Permanent Fixtures: Items cannot be permanently fixed to the floor, walls, or any other structure. Please use freestanding setups only.
- Tape & Adhesives: Tape and adhesives of any kind are not allowed on surfaces or floors.
Tailgate Equipment and Supplies
- Compact & Portable: Please keep your tailgate setup compact and portable. We want everyone to be able to enjoy the event comfortably, so large, bulky items should be avoided.
- Safety First: No cooking, heating, grills, or coolers are allowed. All food consumed must be from KMC vendors on site. 600 wristbands are available for a FREE Superbowl snack pack.
Seating Options
- Get Creative: Your seating setup can be as fun and creative as you like! Consider using tailgate chairs, sleeping bags, buckets, or any other portable and comfortable seating options. Just be mindful of space and make sure it doesn’t block anyone’s view or access.
Keep It Fun & Respectful
- Respect the Space: Be courteous to fellow tailgaters. Make sure your setup doesn’t infringe on other participants’ enjoyment of the event.
- Clean Up: Clean up your area at the end of the event! No items can be left behind—all personal items, equipment, and trash must be properly disposed of when the event concludes. Let’s leave the space as great as we found it!

- Tailgate Competitions: We’ll be giving out an award during our Biggest Fan Competition, so don’t forget to show off your team spirit!
- Selfie Station: Snap a pic at our Selfie Station and share the fun on social media!
