USO Ramstein is proud to support traveling service members and their families through our monthly Patriot Express Send-Off initiative. Each month, our team sets up at the Gate inside the PAX Terminal to serve warm comfort meals like grilled cheese sandwiches, pancakes, and other assorted plug-in favorites to those preparing to travel. This program is our way of adding a bit of warmth and care to the early morning departure experience—offering a hot meal, a friendly face, and a heartfelt send-off. It’s one small way we show our appreciation for their service and provide meaningful support when it matters most.
